I can teach a comprehensive variety of therapeutic, evidence based Yogic techniques to help manage stress and anxiety.
My coaching bridges the worlds of Yoga, mindfulness and neuroscience to help develop resilience and manage the symptoms of stress and anxiety.
I will gradually work through techniques including methods of breath regulation, Yoga movement and meditation. Each have their own benefit as a mode of altering the functioning of the nervous system and can be used to help manage stress with greater ease.

What I would say is I had never done Yoga before and didn’t really know what to expect but I thoroughly enjoyed it. You were really patient with us no matter what your experience of yoga and always made it fun. The relaxation phase at the end was excellent for calming the mind after a busy day of work.
