"I got into yoga a few years ago as part of rehabilitation after an injury. Victoria’s classes are the best I’ve found. Her flows are balanced and the direction is really clear, and have transferred to the online platform really well- online classes during lockdown have been a lifesaver. She also offers 1:1 help for specific queries and gives tailored alternative postures to accommodate all abilities. I always feel I’ve worked out well after either a live or a recorded session."

"I am a male over 50 and tried yoga many years ago but didn’t continue with it. I have trained in a gym regularly but found as I got older my lack of flexibility was worsening. I have an occupation that can be stressful at times. I was very interested to try the one to one sessions with Victoria as I would have felt self conscious going to a class straight away. As it happens the classes have been online via Zoom since very early on due to the coronavirus lockdown. The 8 one to one sessions were fantastic and focused on strength, stretching, core stability and very much on relaxation and the health and well-being effects of the practice of yoga and the breathing and relaxation. I always came away feeling energised but relaxed and very well and content. I have noticed that I am more flexible and feel stronger as well. I am now a regular attender at the online group classes which are well run, always interesting and challenging and the benefits both physically and mentally have continued. The Vinyasa Flow and Strength Vinyasa classes are both excellent as are the more recent deep stretch sessions. I cannot fault Victoria and her knowledge, patience and enthusiasm and can highly recommend the VBYogaHub to anyone who wants to feel better both physically and mentally."
"I have attended Victoria’s classes for the past 2 years in my local gym and now am continuing with on-line classes. The sessions have helped me enormously with my back problems, so much so that I persuaded my husband to join me and his overall fitness has improved too. The sessions have also been great for fitness, balance, stretching, breathing and concentration.
The on-line sessions have been very successful. Victoria sets a goal for the hour, then proceeds to teach the flow in a very detailed and concise way. As the class progresses, the pace and intensity quickens, then ends with deep stretching and a guided meditation.
I was sceptical at first about the on-line class, thinking it would not have the same immediacy as in the gym, but the surroundings are soon forgotten due to the concentrated atmosphere that Victoria engenders.
I am now attending three zoom classes per week and look forward to each one immensely."
Victoria’s live stream yoga for Stress anxiety course has been fantastic. It’s ideal for someone like myself that suffers chronic anxiety as I don’t even have to leave the house to be able to participate. There are times I’ve cancelled going out to exercise sessions due to high anxiety but without the pressure of having to get ready and get in the car and drive somewhere it’s a lot more manageable. Plus you have to advantage of being able to lie down and meditate straight afterwards too. As well as yoga she has taught me several breathing techniques and meditation and I can feel a massive difference already. She’s a great teacher, patient and very accommodating with all skill levels, and very understanding of anxiety and mental health conditions. I always feel so chilled out after a session with her. I would recommend the live stream yoga therapy for anxiety to anyone suffering with anxiety or stress.
I thoroughly enjoyed the 8 week yoga for Stress and anxiety course! There was so much I learnt about dealing with anxiety which I know I am going to use regularly. I have done many yoga classes with Victoria and I have always found her to be an excellent teacher with a very caring and inclusive manner.
