The main structure of sequences remain similar for several weeks to create familiarity and enable visible progress. Each individual class will, however, have its own specific focus which varies the theme, movement and feel within the flow. This allows you to deepen your Yoga knowledge and vary your Yoga Class experience. Please see testimonials here.

Dynamic, whole body sequences are designed to find balance between strength and flexibility while the union between breath and movement, body and mind soothes the nervous system. The class finishes with a short meditation to help settle the mind even further.
A class with mainly sitted and lying postures. Many of the postures will be held for a minute or longer. Breath practices will promote deep stretching and a greater sense of calm.
