Yoga can be practised over a wide range of physical intensity. Most of us think of Yoga as being a gentle physical activity. While this can be the case, at the other end of the spectrum, Yoga can be incredibly physically challenging, can work up a sweat and give a significant cardio workout. I work at a level best suited to you. I will put together a bespoke course of Yoga sessions specific to your objectives and your body's capabilities.
