I teach Yoga for anxiety and stress management.
I’m here to help you take control of your anxiety and/or stress with yoga, whether you are generally having a stressy time, perimenopausal, or have a chronic condition or specific anxiety disorder.
I would love to help you find some calm, start to become more emotionally robust and feel more confident in tackling whatever life throws your way.
It's all about feeling like yourself again.
It's well recognised that Yoga can help to reduce the effects of stress and anxiety, but what are the specific aspects that benefit you the most?
I teach in a light hearted, step by step manner through techniques of breath practice, Yoga movement and meditation.
Each have their own benefit as a mode of altering the functioning of your nervous system and can be used in combination to help you manage anxiety and stress with greater ease.
